Other mortgage calculator’s are generally not as accurate as they are trying to provide a genralized number across the nation. At The Joyful Realtor, we want to provide our client’s with something that is more accurate when trying to make a decision on their home.

Home Buyer's Checklist
This list is something I have created over the years of being an agent.
- Pair yourself with a good Realtor® that understands your wants and needs. This should be someone you don't mind spending some time with as finding the right property can sometimes take a while.
- Have your agent set you up with a home buyer's search on the MLS to review all the houses that fit within your criteria.
- Start going to look at homes, after you have reviewed a significant amount of homes on the MLS, you will have a better feel for what is out there and then can move on to Home Tours.
- Get an Accepted Offer.
- Send earnest money to the lender.
- Schedule Home Inspection if applicable.
- Complete your loan application and appraisal.
- Loan commitement and final walk through of the home.
- Close on home.
